Description: This package is intended to provide an automatic way of
        estimating and calculating the movement of biomass between
        different irregularly shaped polygon regions in the ocean on
        the basis of gridded flowfields. It provides methods or
        estimating the 'movement tensors' and using them to predict the
        movement of biomass as well as testing the simulations against
        a passive-drifter simulation.
